The cardholder agrees to be charged the amount shown for merchandise and shipping cost Payment could be arranged through credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do NOT ship your order until we receive 100% payment. Please don’t place order if you not sure you’ll buy it. We reserve the right to cancel transactions with using suspicious type of payments.

Confirming your order.  After we receive cleared payment from you, we’ll send you confirmation letter. Please don’t worry if it is not happened right away, it is a part of verifying process. After that we’ll confirm that your order was shipped. Please remember: we are not responsible for any incorrect information from customers (Home address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). If you are not sure about the address you provided, please reconfirm it via e-mail. 

Cancellation. You can easy cancel your order before 24 hours we ship it to you. Please, let us know as soon as possible. 

Returns. All orders are not automatically returnable! We have 14-days return policy. You should let us know about the reason and complete special form. 

Taxes.  We are located in New York, NY so if you are living in our state (NY) we must collect taxes from you (Current rate is 8.875%). If you are not resident of NY state, we have no right to collect any. The same rule is to overseas countries. If you’ll need to pay any taxes, please contact your local government office because we have NO idea how much are they.
